Not all dogs semen agrees with one type of extender. At Infinity Canine, we keep at least 3 different extenders on hand to make sure your shipping the best possible sample for a breeding. We are happy to use any kit you bring with you as well.
Infinity Canine believes in offering full disclosure when shipping semen. A copy of the full semen analysis will be included in every chilled semen shipment.
We proudly offer C.L.O.N.E , Minitube and INRA-96 for the chilling procedure.
We ship via FedEx. Please call to make an appointment and for current pricing. Make sure to keep an eye on weather, as this may cause delays in shipment.

The majority of time shipping goes without a hitch!!! However, there are those very few times things go the wrong way.
- Male will not collect... HAVE A BACK UP PLAN! Offer your client a second option if your able. This may be a different male, or agreeing to drive and meet for a natural breeding. Either way, make sure all parties know this can happen.
- Semen arrives dead. With all our knowledge, skills and new extenders, semen still occasionally arrives dead or with poor motility. Please discuss this with your bitch owner and have a plan!! Infinity Canine can not be held responsible for the condition of the semen once it is picked up and taken out of our office. We have no control over temperature changes, or even the handling of the semen once it arrives to another facility or owner. We will work with you as best we can to offer a solution.
-Semen is delayed in shipment. Yes, this is one of our biggest concerns. Things that can affect shipping times, include, lost packaging, weather delays, pandemics, natural disasters and other problems. Unfortunately, there is not much any of us can do in these situations, and many times FedEx and UPS will NOT guarantee the shipments. Infinity Canine will be happy to help with issuing a refund request, however, FedEx will have the final word. Infinity Canine will not reimburse monies due to late or delayed shipping.
